Indian Army eLearning Project Sankhya takes pride in setting the Training Curriculum Management at a training Institution of Indian Army with the purpose of empowering the soldier craftsmen to achieve and maintain the operational fitness of electrical, mechanical, electronic and optical equipment of the Army. The quality of training, comprehension level is being monitored dynamically through On-line system. The Computer Based Training Packages (CBTs) enhance the grasping ability of soldiers by providing virtual hands on experience environment close to realism. Sankhya also takes pride in conducting All India On-line Exam for the Soldier Craftsmen. The trial evaluation was conducted through On-line exam conducted at 18 centres simultaneously, spread across the country, for 2200 candidates. Simulation
