Sr. Software Engineers (J1112B)

Experience

Minimum 4 years experience in Software Development industry and Minimum 1 year experience in the relevant area..

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Technologies : Microsoft Technologies .Net 3.0, C#.Net, ASP.Net, VB. Net, Visual Studio 2005, SQL Server 2000/ 2005, Oracle 9i / above
• Cost a Development Task; Create or Update a Unit Test

• Refractor Code, Review Code, Integrate Code Changes,

• Ensure the work is allocated to the team members and follow-up the progress and Report the progress to Project leader at specified intervals
• Responsible to provide technical solutions and troubleshooting guidance to the team
• Ensure the developed code as per the defined standards

Flex Lead (J1110C) / Sr. Flex Programmer (J1110B)

Experience

Minimum 3 years experience in Software Development industry in the relevant area.

• Design Interfaces using Adobe Flex
• Write Code for a Development Task using Action Script in Flex

• Refactor Code, Review Code, Integrate Code Changes,
• Understanding the requirements and analyze
• Managing the team i.e., for Sr. SE

Education Qualification

All the applicants for the above positions should be Graduates or Post Graduates in Engineering from reputed institutions with a minimum of 65% marks or MCA / M.Sc (IT) with a minimum of 70% marks.

Instructional Designer (J1007A) / Sr. Instructional Designer (J1007B)

Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in Story board development / Instructional Designing.

Desired Technical Skills:

Mandatory skills –
• Strong oral and Written Communication skills in English
• Have knowledge of e-learning content particularly CBTs / WBTs.
• Possessing awareness on AICC and SCORM standards
• Have experience of Storyboarding.
• Understanding the requirements and incorporating the same in the Storyboards
• Good knowledge of Instructional strategies and applying them in the storyboarding.
• Creativity to increase learner

Preferred skills –
• Ability to understand and upgrade the concepts of ID periodically
• Understanding the capabilities of different multimedia tools and accordingly preparing the storyboards.
• Have adaptability to learn new domains.

Education Qualification

All the applicants for the above position should be Graduates / Post Graduates in English Literature with B.Ed / M.Ed (Preferred)
