IRMAO™ (Integrated Resource Management for Airline Operations) is an integrated resource planning, management and tracking system for airline operations. IRMAO™ addresses the needs of Flight Operations division to manage Cockpit Crew and Cabin crew for management of Licensing and Training records, generation of Rosters, handling of Rosters on day to day operations and the payment activities. IRMAO™ is highly configurable and modular product. Various kinds of business rules and parameters can be configured by end users. IRMAO™ is powered by Sankhya’s resource optimization engine DRAE© (Dynamic Resource Allocation Engine). DRAE© is built on Operations Research scheduling algorithms for maximization of resource utilization. IRMAO™ has web interface and mobile interface for increased accessibility and usability of the system.
